What You Will Do This position is responsible for leading and implementing a comprehensive cross-channel digital media strategy. The role will oversee the planning and execution of daily digital media activities across various platforms and channels, leveraging cross-channel insights to optimize performance outcomes. The role will monitor and report on the impact of digital marketing efforts. Use data-driven insights to make adjustments and improve campaign performance. The Senior Digital Specialist will manage relationships with our third-party digital agency to ensure effective coordination, successful execution and desirable results from our paid media investments. The role will monitor the digital media budget and confirm that agency spend aligns with plan. Collaborates with various teams to align strategies and ensure effective execution. Additionally, the role will perform competitive analysis and market research, remaining informed about emerging digital media trends, algorithms, technologies and industry best practices. Completes any other job-related duties needed to help drive our Vision, fulfill our Purpose, and abide by our Organization's Values.
What We Require
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, Business, or related field.
Experienced in digital marketing, with over five years of practical experience managing and optimizing campaigns focused on social media, programmatic advertising, and paid search marketing.
Proficient in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, DV360, The Trade Desk).
Demonstrated expertise in ad operations, digital campaign management, and digital media platforms.
Expertise in digital marketing best practices, KPIs, and technology.
Skilled in programmatic budgeting and digital buying platforms, enabling execution of effective digital media campaigns.
Strong ability to interpret data, draw conclusions and make informed decisions.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Ideal Candidate Will Have
Expert knowledge of programmatic advertising channels across video, audio, DOOH, display and native using various buying methodologies (CPM, CPC, CPA).
Expert knowledge of search marketing across paid and organic.
Proficient in on-page and off-page optimization, comprehensive keyword research, and effective management of platforms like Google Ads with certification.
Deep understanding of digital tracking practices and analytics enablement applicable to SEM/SEO/AEO.
Experience developing and executing organic and paid social media strategies across platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
Experience with the management of agency relationships and resources, and the ability to effectively communicate and influence.
