Account Manager Retail SMB- Business Sales role at Verizon. This position focuses on introducing small and medium business customers to 5G products and services, delivering end-to-end technology solutions, and driving SMB results through prospecting, networking, and referrals. The role is hybrid, with in-store work at least five days per week. What You’ll Be Doing

Introduce SMB customers to the latest high-tech 5G products and services that solve their business needs. Interact with SMB customers in-store, digitally, and through outbound prospecting. Demonstrate the value of products and services by presenting end-to-end technology solutions to energize their businesses. Drive small business results by generating new business through prospecting, networking, and working leads and referrals. Partner with and mentor Consumer Retail Sales Representatives to drive results. Grow your customer base by acquiring and retaining SMB accounts. Utilize solutions-based selling techniques to solve business problems for customers. Engage in outbound sales prospecting and customer visits; service the needs of the existing customer base. Use sales enablement systems and tools to track, forecast, manage your pipeline and book of business. What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience. Three or more years of relevant experience (sales, marketing, or customer service) and/or military experience. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel. Experience with outbound prospecting and sales, and an ability to influence a team to drive results. Even Better If You Have

Associates or Bachelor’s degree or related certifications/college courses. Outside sales experience including outbound prospecting. Wireless sales experience exceeding quota. Ability to drive positive results in a team environment and build trust at all levels. Compensation, Benefits & Perks
