We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Sales Account Representative
to join our Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) Sales team. This role is responsible for managing customer accounts, responding to RFQs and forecast changes, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through timely and accurate support. Base pay range $80,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr Responsibilities
Manage and respond to customer requests including RFQs, RFCs, ECRs, and ECNs. Coordinate with factories to obtain and submit quotes for new and redesigned products. Lead annual pricing updates and negotiate final pricing with customers. Monitor and analyze customer forecasts daily; identify discrepancies and communicate updates to internal teams. Collaborate with Operations and factory teams to manage safety stock, production planning, and PO issuance. Create and maintain long-term forecasts, updating monthly and sharing with relevant stakeholders. Investigate forecast variances and communicate root causes and resolutions. Coordinate emergency logistics and cost assessments in response to forecast changes. Ensure timely processing of claims, credit memos, and pricing agreements. Maintain customer satisfaction levels above 95% by improving quality and delivery performance. Prepare and deliver regular reports including sales updates, pricing changes, budget plans, and issue tracking. Provide timely, clear communication and follow-up with customers and internal teams. Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales account management role within the Electronics Manufacturing Services space EMS or electronic parts sales experience; automotive or factory experience a plus International business experience would be a plus Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field Proven ability to manage quotations, meet deadlines, and negotiate effectively Strong analytical skills with a keen understanding of supply/demand trends and seasonal impacts Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; familiarity with ISO-9001 and TS-16949 standards is a plus Benefits
