Overview
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Telehealth role at Butterfly Effects. Primarily remote with limited travel and a focus on delivering ABA services to children with autism. Location requirements: Must live in North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Connecticut, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Texas, Virginia or Florida. Telehealth position with travel near two days every two weeks to your assigned market. Responsibilities
Supervision & Support: Oversee RBTs and BTs to ensure consistent, high-quality services. Assessment & Planning: Conduct FBAs, set individualized goals, and design evidence-based treatment plans. Family Training: Empower caregivers with ABA strategies through regular training sessions. Collaboration: Partner with therapists, educators, and professionals for holistic care. Lead family-centered therapy for children with autism and guide the success of the clinical team. Qualifications
Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field Active BCBA Certification (BACB) Commitment to supporting children and families with autism Strong communication and collaboration skills Compensation & Benefits
