Work side by side with Community Managers and Sales and Marketing Team members to ensure all financial goals are met Ensure a strong and well‑managed internet presence for the designated community; monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results Analyze current market conditions and competitor information to develop and implement marketing plans and projects for existing assets Manage lead tracking by making contact and following up on leads generated through marketing efforts and document all correspondence with the database Build and maintain strong relationships with potential residents and their families looking to move into the community and effectively communicate the mission of Lakeshore Management Identify, establish and maintain positive relationships with industry influencers and strategic partners to ensure ongoing referrals and continued opportunities to promote the community Effectively market the community through networking, sales, advertising, public relations and community events Identify and pursue opportunities to promote the community with industry partners and ensure ongoing referrals Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required Business, Sales and Marketing experience preferred Experience in developing and maintaining marketing strategies – hands-on experience Technical marketing skills Proven experience in customer service, sales and market research Experience with computer proficiency and relevant software applications Excellent written and verbal communication skills Physical Requirements
Frequently required to sit; frequently required to talk, listen and email; noise level in the work environment is usually moderate; occasionally required to lift up to 10 pounds Compensation
$55,000–$58,000 per year, with a total compensation of up to $100,000 per year (base plus commission, based on experience) Location
