Position Overview: A Personal Injury Law Firm is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Intake Specialist to join our team. The Intake Specialist will be the first point of contact for potential clients, responsible for gathering detailed information about their cases, assessing the viability of claims, and ensuring a seamless onboarding process. This role requires excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Please Send Cover Letter With Resume. Responsibilities
Serve as the initial point of contact for prospective clients, providing a professional and empathetic first impression. Conduct thorough phone interviews to gather detailed information about potential clients and their personal injury cases. Assess the viability of new cases based on the information provided and established criteria. Enter and maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the firm\'s case management system. Schedule consultations with attorneys and ensure all relevant information is communicated effectively. Follow up with potential clients as needed to gather additional information or provide updates on their case status. Coordinate with medical providers, insurance companies, and other third parties to obtain necessary documentation. Assist with the preparation of case files for attorney review. Maintain confidentiality and comply with all legal and ethical standards. Provide excellent customer service to potential and existing clients. Open claims with insurance companies and ensure all necessary documentation is submitted. Request traffic accident reports and other relevant documents from authorities. Qualifications
Previous experience in a law firm, particularly in personal injury law, is highly desirable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism. Proficiency in using case management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant technology. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus. Compensation and Benefits
