Admissions Counselor Recruiter
University of South Carolina Upstate – Spartanburg, SC
The primary purpose of this position is to recruit students, assist with reviewing and processing admissions applications, provide campus tours/student interviews and participate in special events for student recruitment.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 1 or more years of related experience (or equivalent combination of certification, training, education, and/or experience).
Master’s degree in Student Services or related field, or bachelor’s degree and 2 years of related experience.
Prefer knowledge of USC Upstate campus and programs.
Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
Successful background check required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, organized, detail-oriented, dependable follow-through.
Ability to interact and build relationships with community representatives, faculty and staff at USC Upstate locations.
