The Sr. HR Generalist is a high-impact role with responsibility for a large, dispersed client group. The successful candidate will provide a full range of day-to-day HR support including organizational development, talent management, employee relations, training and development, performance management, and HR special projects. This position is both a transactional and strategic business partner and supports the HR leadership team for the finance and legal teams. You’ll get to: Support the people & culture strategy to ensure HR strategy aligned with business plans and objectives Drive impact through the annual Talent Review process Consult with leadership on talent management and development needs, identify gaps, and recommend/implement learning & development solutions Build a strong pipeline of talent to ensure a diverse, high performing organization Drive recruitment activities, including position management, interviewing, sourcing, offer creation, communication, and onboarding/assimilation activities Partner to build organizational capabilities to address resource and operational challenges Champion change management by guiding leadership to shape culture, systems, and processes Serve as trusted advisor to leadership on business and people issues, including coaching, policy interpretation, and employee development Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to improve HR efficiency and best practices Collaborate with leadership to foster a positive employee culture Gather and analyze HR data to provide insights and develop solutions Partner with global HR counterparts within a Centers of Excellence (COE) model The Person

You embrace innovation and have: 2+ years of progressive HR generalist and/or HR Business Partner experience with multiple functions Bachelor’s Degree required Experience with remote workforce in a matrix environment Ability to analyze, interpret, and present data to leadership using reporting tools Consultative approach and strategic mindset Customer-focused, adaptable with strong follow-up and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities Experience fostering collaborative relationships with business partners and decision-makers Ability to plan, manage, and track projects and communicate with multiple stakeholders Resourcefulness and ability to navigate through internal/external channels to find solutions Executive presence and strong business acumen Experience with Workday and ADP or similar HR systems and using data for insights on organizational design Ability to operate in ambiguous situations with minimal direction Self-motivated with the drive to succeed and motivate others The Details
