Base pay range:

The hourly wage range for this position is $22.00 to $30.00. The actual rate will be determined based on the job location, skills and experience.
What you’ll do Assists management with the supervision of associates in assigned area by assigning duties, communicating goals and feedback, training associates on processes and procedures, and providing direction on member service approaches to resolve member issues according to company guidelines. Supports Open Door Policy and participates in recruiting, hiring, scheduling, promoting, coaching, and evaluating associates. Communicates and supports membership by providing information on membership types, programs, and benefits; processes memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts; encourages renewals; participates in sales and marketing events; and maintains required documentation.
Provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, and guiding members on self-service technology and transactions. Assists with club operations including returns, claims, merchandising organization, and ensuring availability of supplies. Maintains financial records by following office procedures, handling cash operations, preparing deposits, and assisting with accounting-related investigations while maintaining confidentiality.
Develops and implements processes to meet business needs, collaborates with managers and customers, analyzes information, monitors progress, and identifies improvement opportunities. Supports ethics and integrity by explaining and applying company policies and standards, and assisting management with addressing issues.
Leads and participates in teams, coordinates work, provides feedback and guidance to ensure timelines and quality, and models adaptability to change. Fosters a respectful and inclusive work environment and supports a culture of belonging.
Qualifications Minimum Qualifications
- 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment (e.g., cash register) and 6 months customer service experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading a front-end team; supervising experience including hiring, evaluating, mentoring, developing, and managing workload
