Responsibilities
Source your own leads and develop a pipeline through active networking and outreach.
Make a high volume of calls and engage with leads to close mortgage loan opportunities.
Work beyond traditional hours as needed to meet goals (after 5 pm, nights, and weekends).
Collaborate with a team with the aim of closing loans and growing production.
