The Office Manager/Bookkeeper will be responsible for accounting, managing office operations, providing administrative assistance, receiving equipment and delivering excellent customer service. The role also involves bookkeeping tasks such as managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, and preparing financial reports. Responsibilities
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, reconciling bank statements, and preparing financial reports. Provide administrative assistance and exceptional customer service. Coordinate office operations and equipment receipt. Qualifications
Proficient in communication and customer service skills Experience in administrative assistance and office administration Strong organizational and multitasking skills Bookkeeping skills, including managing accounts payable and receivable, and reconciling bank statements Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field (preferred) Background in construction and cost accounting a must Employment type
