1st Shift & Every other weekend Greeting all residents, guests, and team members with a positive and cheerful attitude. Getting to know our residents and listening to what they have to say. Answering and directing phone calls with excellent etiquette. Performing daily administrative tasks with ease. Ensuring the reception area is clean and well-stocked. Responding to resident and community requests in a fast, fun, and friendly manner. Assisting residents as part of a service mission. Qualifications & Skills
High school diploma. Clear communicator—you write well, speak clearly, and can explain anything to anyone. Ability to handle multiple tasks at once. Fast, fun, and friendly attitude. Willingness to learn something new every day. Experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) preferred. Experience with PointClickCare is a plus. Available to work evenings and weekends, with a flexible schedule that may include per diem hours. Why Join Us?
