Overview

Receptionist - Complete Care at Margate Park, Chicago, IL. This role is full-time, first shift. The candidate will be the welcoming face of the facility, serving residents, guests, and team members with a positive attitude.

Base pay range

$18.50/hr - $18.50/hr

Responsibilities

• First shift and every other weekend
• Greeting all residents, guests, and team members with a positive and cheerful attitude.
• Getting to know residents and listening to what they have to say.
• Answering and directing phone calls with excellent etiquette.
• Performing daily administrative tasks with ease.
• Ensuring the reception area is clean and well-stocked.
• Responding to resident and community requests in a fast, friendly manner.
• Support residents as part of your role and mission.

Qualifications & Skills

• Have a high school diploma.
• Be a clear communicator—write well, speak clearly, and explain information effectively.
• Be comfortable handling multiple tasks at once.
• Have a fast, friendly attitude.
• Willing to learn something new every day.
• Experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) is preferred.
• Experience with Point Click Care is a plus.
• Available to work evenings and weekends, with a flexible schedule that may include per diem hours.
