Receptionist - Complete Care at Margate Park, Chicago, IL. This role is full-time, first shift. The candidate will be the welcoming face of the facility, serving residents, guests, and team members with a positive attitude. Base pay range
$18.50/hr - $18.50/hr Responsibilities
First shift and every other weekend Greeting all residents, guests, and team members with a positive and cheerful attitude. Getting to know residents and listening to what they have to say. Answering and directing phone calls with excellent etiquette. Performing daily administrative tasks with ease. Ensuring the reception area is clean and well-stocked. Responding to resident and community requests in a fast, friendly manner. Support residents as part of your role and mission. Qualifications & Skills
Have a high school diploma. Be a clear communicator—write well, speak clearly, and explain information effectively. Be comfortable handling multiple tasks at once. Have a fast, friendly attitude. Willing to learn something new every day. Experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) is preferred. Experience with Point Click Care is a plus. Available to work evenings and weekends, with a flexible schedule that may include per diem hours. Why Join Us?
