Responsibilities

• 1st Shift & Every other weekend
• Greeting all residents, guests, and team members with a positive and cheerful attitude.
• Getting to know our residents and listening to what they have to say.
• Answering and directing phone calls with excellent etiquette.
• Performing daily administrative tasks with ease.
• Ensuring the reception area is clean and well-stocked.
• Responding to resident and community requests in a fast, fun, and friendly manner.
• Assisting residents as part of a service mission.

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma.
• Clear communicator—you write well, speak clearly, and can explain anything to anyone.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
• Fast, fun, and friendly attitude.
• Willingness to learn something new every day.
• Experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) preferred.
• Experience with PointClickCare is a plus.
• Available to work evenings and weekends, with a flexible schedule that may include per diem hours.
