As the Marketing Project Manager, you will be responsible for initiating, developing, and executing marketing, advertising, and communications to support various business units in meeting their individual objectives. What You Will Accomplish

Research, develop, execute, and lead strategic marketing and branding priorities to drive business goals. Develop and initiate annual marketing, advertising, and communication plans. Lead and enhance global branding initiatives to increase awareness of the Company’s key attributes. Develop materials and sales tools from concept to completion with the Business Units that highlight key selling features, competitive advantage, and other areas that will enhance selling opportunities. Negotiate and interface with internal/external partners and vendors to ensure projects are completed accurately, timely, and within budget. Utilize traditional and digital media, publicity, video production, website development, social media, trade shows, and business unit sales activities to meet targeting end goals. Position Requirements

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, or related field; Will consider a combination of coursework and relevant experience. Experience:

2-5 years of advertising or marketing project management, public relations, video, and social media development, and project presentation experience; Experience working with and directing the activities of advertising agencies; Familiarity with Agricultural industry a plus. Functional Skills:

Excellent cradle-to-grave marketing with branding strategy experience; Strong prioritization and organization skills; Exceptional attention to detail and planning skills required; Strong breadth of knowledge around social media and general advertising targeting key decision makers; Good understanding of trade show strategies; Ability to understand technical product details a must. Technology Aptitude/Skills:

Solid technical/social media strengths required; Proficient in Windows and MS Office 365; Working knowledge of digital photography and videography (performing or directing activities); Working knowledge of Web/Word Press content management systems and Adobe Creative Suite. Language Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate with all levels (internally, externally, and globally) within the organization; Basic understanding of Spanish a plus but not required. Leadership/Behaviors:

8:00am-5:00pm (schedule can be somewhat flexible; will work 8-9 hours within this timeframe) Typical Work Week:

M-F; some weekends on urgent matters; 40-45 hours per week on average Direct Reports:

Primarily an office environment; Occasional visits to manufacturing areas, farms, trade shows and sales events. Travel:
