Regional Sales Manager – Contract Packaging, Irving, TX. iLocatum Responsibilities
Sales Leadership: Drive sales performance, provide strategic direction, and ensure team and individual targets are met. Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies to capture new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, offering customized packaging solutions that meet client needs and goals. Business Development: Identify and pursue new market opportunities, attend trade shows, and generate new leads and partnerships. Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to refine sales strategies. Collaboration: Partner with operations, production, and marketing teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction. Reporting & Forecasting: Deliver accurate sales forecasts and performance insights to the executive team, identifying areas for improvement and growth. Qualifications
7+ years of proven sales experience in contract packaging, manufacturing, or 3PL industries Strong background in B2B, B2C, and B2D sales environments Solid understanding of packaging solutions, materials, and production processes Existing network within packaging, manufacturing, or consumer goods sectors Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Packaging Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred) Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite Employment type
