Key Account Manager at 21st Century Equipment LLC. Full-time position. What You’ll Do
As a Key Account Manager, you will manage relationships and strategies for key customer accounts. You will identify and communicate customer account pressures, plans, and problems, then collaborate with internal teams and third-party advisors to develop tailored solutions. You will conduct regular account review meetings, keep relevant customer information updated in our CRM, stay current on agronomic and business goals, competitive activity, and financing options to provide valuable solutions that save time, reduce risk, and increase profits. Your excellent customer service skills will ensure dealership personnel and customers receive attentive service while you work toward meeting sales objectives and influencing trade cycles. What We’re Looking For
10+ years of agricultural industry experience Extensive knowledge of John Deere and competitive equipment, as well as technology trends/advancements Excellent customer service/relationship skills with current and future decision-makers Bachelor’s degree in business, finance/accounting, or a discipline related to agriculture or equivalent work experience Business, financial, and logistical management knowledge Knowledge of relevant agronomic practices and trends The ability to use software applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functions The ability to work flexible hours Benefits
