Account Manager Services at GE Vernova. The Services Account Manager will be responsible for managing key accounts to deliver the Best Running Fleet for GEV Onshore Wind by meeting with customer leadership, developing new business, growing market share, and maximizing the value proposition for GEV and the customer. Roles and Responsibilities

Own and proactively manage the strategy of the customer relationship to deliver customer and GE Vernova value across a product portfolio including requests for services, parts, conversion modifications & upgrades, full-service agreements, and event-driven RePower. Deliver top-line growth and bottom-line profitability targets in the Americas through key accounts, prospecting new clients, demand generation campaigns, expanded scopes, regulatory, and cross-selling initiatives. Partner and lead others to find creative solutions to grow customer share and expand price; growth of share to include GE Vernova installed base and service offering attachments to new unit offers. Maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities using Salesforce, forecasting, pricing analytics, and ecommerce adoption to run the business. Drive a process improvement/lean mindset; identify challenges and create solutions to solve them. Partner with key GE Vernova functional stakeholders (Product Line, Marketing, Commercial, Sales Peers, Operations, Finance, Warranty, Engineering) to maximize GE Vernova value proposition to the customer base. Develop, grow and maintain relationships with key senior customer decision-makers and influencers at various customer headquarters and regional sites. Provide commercial support to GE Vernova Wind Services operations/site teams and develop targeted proposals that drive profitable growth across regional revenue streams. Actively lead and participate in regional operating reviews for account planning, growth strategy, market intelligence, and Kaizen sessions to drive improved sales performance. Required Qualifications

Master's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 6 years of experience in Sales Origination - Account Sales). Minimum of 5 years of experience in Wind, Renewables, or Power Generation industry. Minimum of 5 years of significant experience in Sales, Commercial, Business Development, or Proposals. Customer includes CEO, CFO, Senior VPs of Engineering, Procurement, Asset Management, Operations, Health and Safety. Able and willing to regional travel up to 50% and comply with GE Vernova travel and tax guidelines. Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this position is 108,600.00 - 144,800.00 USD annually. The specific salary offered may be influenced by experience, education, and work location. This position is eligible for a sales incentive plan.
