Outside Sales Representative - Michigan Region (Midland, Bay City, and Saginaw). The Outside Sales Representative is the face of Omni Fiber, primarily via residential door-to-door selling. You are responsible for increasing the subscriber base through face-to-face and in-home sales presentations. This role is accountable for growing the number of Omni Fiber customers within assigned markets. Comprehensive training is provided. Responsibilities

Conduct face-to-face sales presentations at residential properties to engage homeowners and showcase features and benefits of our products and services. Achieve or exceed monthly sales quotas by selling Omni Fiber's internet, voice, and TV services door-to-door to residential customers in assigned territories/communities. Build rapport with potential customers, understand their needs, address concerns, and maintain customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. Work Monday through Friday, from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM (hours may change based on weather or seasonal adjustments). Comply with all company policies, sales guidelines, and ethical practices while conducting sales activities. Qualifications

Strong desire to succeed in a quota-driven sales role. Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and minimum state-required auto insurance policy. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. Positive, outgoing demeanor with the confidence to approach potential customers and handle rejection professionally. Willingness to adapt to changing schedules, locations, and sales strategies based on market conditions and company priorities. Familiarity with mobile devices such as iPads and mobile phones. Use of a personal vehicle is required. Travel within assigned territory is reimbursed at IRS rate; travel outside of territory is reimbursed at IRS rate per mile. Compensation & Benefits
