LHH is seeking a Contract Recruiter to support high-volume hiring initiatives for hourly roles in Richmond, VA. This long-term hybrid opportunity is ideal for a recruiting professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys managing large training class pipelines.

Responsibilities include:

  • Screen and interview candidates for high-volume hourly positions
  • Coordinate and manage large training class intakes and onboarding schedules
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and timelines
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and track progress in applicant tracking systems
  • Provide timely updates and reporting on recruiting metrics and progress
  • Support employer branding and candidate engagement strategies
Pay Details: $38.00 to $45.00 per hour
