LHH is seeking a Contract Recruiter to support high-volume hiring initiatives for hourly roles in Richmond, VA. This long-term hybrid opportunity is ideal for a recruiting professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys managing large training class pipelines.
Responsibilities include:
- Screen and interview candidates for high-volume hourly positions
- Coordinate and manage large training class intakes and onboarding schedules
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and timelines
- Maintain accurate candidate records and track progress in applicant tracking systems
- Provide timely updates and reporting on recruiting metrics and progress
- Support employer branding and candidate engagement strategies
