What You’ll Do
- Manage and process billing activities, including invoicing, reconciliations, and payment tracking
- Support other members of the accounting team by helping with payroll and accounts payable tasks as needed (no previous experience required)
- Contribute to process improvements and financial transparency across the organization
What You Bring
- 2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a nonprofit or healthcare setting
- Strong billing skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or similar)
- Exposure to Medicaid or Medicare a plus
