Build, implement, and iterate on processes to scale the Sales function and achieve revenue targets Drive product activation during trials by providing an excellent customer experience Support prospects during trials and proof of concepts (POC) of the platform Identify prospect pain points and define their goals during trials/POCs Collaborate with the team to enhance the trial/POC experience by identifying trends and areas for improvement What is Required (Qualifications)
At least 2-3 years of experience in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Consultant, or technical customer support role in a B2B SaaS company Proven ability to conduct product demonstrations and present to customers Excellent written and verbal communication skills for customer-facing interactions High degree of technical aptitude and a willingness to learn Ability to give and receive feedback for cross-functional collaboration How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
