Responsibilities

Build, implement, and iterate on processes to support the Sales function and achieve revenue targets

Drive product activation during trials by providing excellent customer experiences

Support prospects during trials and proof of concepts (POCs) of the platform

Identify prospect pain points and challenges while defining their goals and influencing requirements

Collaborate with the team to improve the trial/POC experience through insights and solutions

Qualifications

At least 2-3 years of experience in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Consultant, or technical customer support role at a B2B SaaS company

Proven ability to deliver product demonstrations and presentations to customers

Excellent written and verbal communication skills for customer-facing interactions

High degree of technical aptitude and a willingness to learn

Ability to give and receive feedback for process improvements

Preferred Qualifications

Degree in Information Technology or Software Engineering

Experience or keen interest in cybersecurity
