Responsibilities
Build, implement, and iterate on processes to support and scale the Sales function
Drive product activation during trials by providing an excellent customer experience
Support prospects during trials/proofs of concept (POCs) and identify their pain points
Serve as the technical point of contact for support queries during the trial process
Collaborate with the team to improve the trial/POC experience by identifying insights and trends
Qualifications
At least 2-3 years of experience in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Consultant, or technical customer support role at a B2B SaaS company
Proven ability to deliver product demonstrations and presentations to customers
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for customer-facing interactions
High degree of technical aptitude and willingness to learn
Ability to give and receive feedback for cross-functional collaboration
Preferred Qualifications
Degree in Information Technology or Software Engineering
Experience or keen interest in cybersecurity
