Build, implement, and iterate on processes to support the Sales function in achieving revenue targets Drive product activation during trials by ensuring an excellent customer experience Support prospects during trials/proofs of concept (POC) of the platform Identify prospect pain points and challenges during trials/POCs while influencing their requirements Assist with customer security assessments, RFPs, and business cases as needed What is Required (Qualifications)

At least 2-3 years of experience in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Consultant, or technical customer support role at a B2B SaaS company Proven ability to deliver product demonstrations and presentations to customers Excellent written and verbal communication skills for customer interaction High degree of technical aptitude and intrinsic willingness to learn Ability to give and receive feedback for cross-functional collaboration How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
