The HR Operations Manager, reporting to the Director of Human Resources, will lead key HR functions—including benefits & compensation, compliance, leaves of absence, and the full employee lifecycle—during a period of rapid growth. This role offers the opportunity to shape HR operations and potentially manage 1–2 direct reports in the coming years.
Location Minneapolis, Hybrid. (3 days onsite)
Salary $95,000 - $120,000 +15% Bonus

Roles & Responsibilities
Partner with Global HR and North America leadership to drive consistent processes and policies.
Manage all health and welfare benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, AD&D, EAP, wellness, 401k) and ensure compliance with federal and state/province regulations.
Analyze benefits utilization, recommend enhancements, and lead new hire and open enrollment communications.
Oversee compensation programs, bonus plans, and alignment with business objectives.
Ensure HR compliance, update policies, deliver training, and support audits and regulatory inspections.
Administer leaves of absence (FMLA, ADA, COBRA, etc.) and manage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
Maintain HRIS and employee records, coordinate with payroll, and drive continuous improvement in HR service delivery.
Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field, or equivalent experience
7+ years of progressive HR experience, including management
Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills
High attention to detail and commitment to quality improvement
