The
LOA Consultant
will oversee the day-to-day administration of employee leave programs, including reviewing documentation, determining eligibility, and managing statutory and company leaves across the U.S. and Canada. This individual will act as a trusted partner to employees and leaders, ensuring compliance with FMLA and related regulations while providing a high level of service and confidentiality.
Worksite Location:
Hybrid, South West Metro area, MN.
Salary:
Hourly Rate between $30–$45, DOE.

Roles & Responsibilities
Administer and coordinate all aspects of leave of absence programs, including FMLA, statutory, and company leaves
Review LOA documentation, determine eligibility, and ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws
Partner with third-party vendors on intake and escalated leave cases
Maintain accurate records in Workday and ServiceNow
Communicate with employees, leaders, and HR partners to provide updates and guidance throughout the leave process
Handle complex or sensitive leave situations with discretion and empathy
Support team initiatives and assist with other HR operational needs as required
Required Skills & Experience
3+ years of HR or Leave of Absence administration experience
Strong working knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and other statutory leave requirements
Experience using Workday and ServiceNow preferred
Proven ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Excellent communication, organizational, and follow-through skills
Compassionate, team-oriented, and able to adapt to a fast-moving environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle high-volume caseloads
