We believe in finding the best talent! While some roles are based at one of our office locations, remote roles can sit in any of the following states: AL, AZ, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, MI, MN, MO, NC, NE, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA and WV. Relocation is not provided. Employees within a 90‑minute radius of our Oak Brook, IL headquarters are required to adhere to the company in‑office work guidelines of 4 days per month minimum from 10 am to 2 pm (1 of the 4 days must be a Monday or Friday).

Job Summary & Responsibilities The Project Manager will report to the Director, Cloud Engineering in the Technology Department. This role is responsible for leading, overseeing the planning and implementation of an entire project through budgeting collaboration to support sourcing suppliers and planning the project release. They are responsible for ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the required standard. Their duties include setting deadlines, providing feedback, and communicating with clients about the status of their project. All project manager roles demand an understanding of the importance of adaptive planning, iterative development, and continuous improvement, ensuring we always produce world‑class products and services. This role will interface with several senior‑ and executive‑level business and technical partners and must develop strong working relationships with all resources to ensure successful execution.

Collaborate with Technology and Product Leaders to define and drive the execution of project and initiative milestones

Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, tasks, dependencies, and resource allocation based on budgetary needs

Create, maintain, and manage the review and approval of standard project documentation including, but not limited to: Charters, Scope, Technical Requirements and Specifications, KPIs, Risks, Issues and Dependencies

Identify and help remove impediments to ensuring team productivity and efficiency

Support the technology team in various ways, such as removing obstacles and bottlenecks that delay progress, allocating resources as needed, and escalating major issues as necessary

Host project meetings at least once a week with stakeholders to track progress, address issues and provide updates

Foster collaboration and communication among team members to ensure effective project execution. Provide feedback, advice, project updates and encouragement to team members

Identify project stakeholders, manage stakeholder expectations, address concerns and provide regular project updates.

Apply agile methodologies, principles, and practices to drive efficient project development, adapting the methodologies as needed

Monitor project progress against the established plan, identifying deviations, communicating risks and taking corrective actions

Continuously identify and manage project risks, proactively implementing risk mitigation strategies

Preferred Qualifications

5‑7 years of experience in project management

Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Business, Finance, or related field

3+ years of Azure migration and modernization project experience

Recognized PMP or other project management certifications are preferred

Proficiency in using agile project management tools and software, such as JIRA or ADO, to facilitate project planning, tracking, and collaboration

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word (including mail merge) and Outlook

A drive to learn and apply new concepts quickly

Infrequent travel (10%)

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer

Occasionally lifts up to 25 pounds

Pay Range $106,000 – $130,000 per year

Compensation & Benefits The compensation for this position will vary depending on factors such as your location, skills and experience. The compensation package may also include incentive and bonus opportunities.
