Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements and verify openings for licensed clinical positions Consult with hiring managers throughout the selection process and recommend candidates for interviews Proactively source talent using diverse recruiting resources to ensure a varied applicant pool Review and evaluate candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit Utilize an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidate flow and ensure compliance with hiring processes What is Required (Qualifications)
High school diploma or equivalent required Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field strongly preferred Minimum of 3 years' recruiting or sales experience required; healthcare-related experience preferred Minimum of 2 years' experience in a high-volume recruiting department preferred Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
