Partner with senior sales leaders to ensure a seamless hiring and onboarding experience for new sales talent Produce offer documents, coordinate interviews, and track hiring metrics Serve as a candidate liaison, providing concierge-level support throughout the hiring process Act as the primary point of contact for new hires, coordinating all onboarding milestones Maintain and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to hiring and onboarding Qualifications
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in HR, recruiting, administration, or a coordination role with competing priorities Minimum of 2+ years of customer service experience Minimum of 2+ years of administrative support experience Bachelor’s degree preferred Working knowledge of recruiting processes and candidate lifecycle Preferred Qualifications
