Base pay range $20.00/hr - $40.00/hr

Imagine yourself playing a crucial role as part of the MRB (Material Review Board) team, where your primary responsibility is to manage nonconformities arising from production activities. Your expertise allows you to generate deviation requests and collaborate effectively with customer Supplier Quality Engineers to secure necessary approvals.

You will be the driving force behind initiating, completing, and closing Root Cause Corrective Actions for both internal and externally sourced issues. Ensuring adherence to ISO standards and training requirements will also be a part of your daily duties.

Lead internal Process Audits and identify improvement opportunities within the QMS.

Prepare comprehensive End-Item Data Packages facilitating the final release and shipping of products.

Decipher engineering drawings and customer requirements, closing jobs post-process reviewing, and ensuring discipline.

Validate data and paperwork from sub-tier suppliers, ensuring compliance with contracted processes.

In partnership with customer SQEs, you will work on requested deviations, perform thorough process validation, and be part of customer-driven initiatives like audits and on-site visits. Representing quality management when needed, you will host inspections and ensure proper documentation submissions through customer portals.

Required Qualifications

US Citizenship is mandatory.

Expertise in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint).

High School Diploma.

Experience in Manufacturing, preferably Aerospace.

Preferred Competencies

Understanding of AS9100 and AS9102 standards.

Experience with GD&T (ANSI Y14.5M.1982).

Inspection method knowledge.

Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.

Essential Proficiencies

Continuous Improvement, APQP, Manufacturing Instruction, AS9100, AS9102, and Blueprint Reading.

Experience with ERP Software.
