Sr. Project Manager
Location : Hybrid preferred near major offices (Columbus, OH; Cincinnati, OH; Dallas, TX; Richmond, VA; Kansas City, MO).
Base pay range : $120,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr
About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and adaptable Project Manager to join our growing team. This role requires strong project management fundamentals, plus the versatility and energy to flex between enterprise applications, data initiatives, business process improvements, and cross‑functional projects across our portfolio companies.
We’re looking for an entrepreneurial drive and the ability to stretch into new areas while keeping projects structured, on time, and on budget.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage cross‑functional projects across multiple business units.
Define scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Provide clear communication and coordination across stakeholders, executives, and project teams.
Drive business process improvement and enterprise application initiatives, with emphasis on data analytics and EPM/ERP‑related projects.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, status updates, and profit projections for leadership.
Travel may be required to project sites to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
Qualifications
7+ years of project management or related experience (formal or through blended backgrounds).
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders across diverse business areas.
Strong skills in business process improvement, enterprise applications, and data analytics projects.
PMP certification is preferred but not required.
High‑energy, proactive communicator with entrepreneurial mindset and ability to build strong relationships.
Experience in mechanical, construction, or related industries is a plus.
Willingness to travel as needed across offices and project sites.
