Senior Talent Acquisition Associate

This individual will play a key role in executing high-impact recruitment strategies, managing complex requisitions, and building strong partnerships with hiring leaders across North America. Job Description:
The Senior Talent Acquisition Associate will manage full‑cycle recruitment across technical and non‑technical functions. This role will require balancing multiple requisitions, developing effective sourcing strategies, and serving as a trusted advisor to leadership. The position offers the opportunity to help shape the organization’s hiring approach, strengthen internal processes, and directly influence the company’s continued growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full‑cycle recruitment for a variety of roles, including complex and specialized searches.
Handle approximately 15 open requisitions at a time, maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to develop sourcing and interview strategies.
Conduct proactive sourcing, networking, and candidate engagement across multiple channels.
Maintain detailed and compliant candidate data within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Provide regular recruiting metrics, progress updates, and insights to stakeholders.
Assist in offer management, negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and team operations.
Qualifications:
3–6+ years of full‑cycle recruitment experience in a fast‑paced environment.
Background in business consulting, IT, software, or a similar professional services industry (2+ years minimum).
Proven ability to manage a mix of technical and non‑technical roles.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with experience partnering at the senior level.
Bachelor’s degree highly preferred.
Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative, fast‑moving team.
This role reports to the Talent Acquisition Lead and is part of a 15‑member TA team.
Candidates should be adaptable, professional, and proactive in communication.
The position requires on‑site presence during the initial training period to support collaboration and learning.
