Job Summary: The Industrial Engineering team within Boeing Commercial Airplanes is seeking Entry Level or Associate Methods Process Analysts (Level 1 or 2). The ideal candidate will apply business acumen and knowledge to partner with cross‑functional teams from production operations, engineering, quality, supplier management, materials management, and program management to achieve organizational business goals and objectives.
Position Overview As a member of our Methods Process Analyst organization (under the Industrial Engineering Job Family), you will support a production team integrated with the Boeing Production System. You will learn production build processes, understand function standards and processes, stabilise the production system, implement lean methodologies, assess and perform rate readiness requirements, and improve quality through root cause analysis. Depending on internal and external impacts, you may build disruption recovery plans using resource capacity and constraint analysis to return to baseline plan while mitigating impacts to downstream work statements and major milestones.
Candidates will be directly engaged with our airplane products and collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and production‑supporting organizations as a self‑starter and team player. Our team focuses on stabilizing current production while preparing for future rate changes and new derivatives.

Job Description
Participates in the analysis of current and future business environment using established guidelines.
Contributes to the forecast, acquisition, and utilization plans to optimize resources in support of company initiatives and program business plans.
Assists in the development and maintenance of Business System factory definition to be used for manufacturing planning.
Participates in the development of labor hour estimates for new or revised production and tooling work packages under guidance of experienced analysts.
Helps monitor performance to established labor hour estimates.
Interacts in the development of integrated tool and production master schedules.
Is introduced to the use of tool and position plan/documents, tool downtimes, rate flow plans, #1 flows, and tool sequencing plans.
Gains knowledge of process improvement methodologies and tools used to maximize efficiency of equipment and personnel and to support improvement initiatives.
Supports efforts in the development of recovery plans including data gathering, visibility development, and monitoring status to plan.
Working with others, represents Production and Tooling Operations to support schedule commitments or statement of work impacts.
Develops, implements, maintains, and statuses basic integrated shop operating plans to maximize efficiency of equipment and personnel and reduce inventory while meeting cost and schedule commitments.
Assists more experienced analysts in gathering and analyzing shop performance metrics to recommend actions for Production and Tooling Management.
Basic Qualifications (Required)
Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in fields such as Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Business Management, Data Analytics, Marketing, Economics or Math.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired)
1 or more years of related work experience or equivalent education/experience.
Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or a production environment.
Exposure to working in a team environment.
Experience or application of Lean Manufacturing principles.
Experience or application of Project Management skills.
