The Industrial Engineering team within Boeing Commercial Airplanes is seeking
Entry Level or Associate Methods Process Analysts (Level 1 or 2)
to join our growing team located in
Everett, Renton, Seattle, or Auburn, Washington, USA . The ideal candidate will apply business acumen and knowledge to partner with cross‑functional teams from production operations, engineering, quality, supplier management, materials management, and program management to achieve organizational business goals and objectives.
Position Overview As a member of our Methods Process Analyst organization (under the Industrial Engineering Job Family), you will support a production team or organization directly integrated with the Boeing Production System. Our analysts learn the production build processes within their team, develop an understanding of the standards and processes of our function, and work to stabilize the production system through implementation of lean methodologies and root cause analysis. Depending on internal and external impacts, you may build disruption recovery plans, perform resource capacity and constraint analyses, and mitigate impacts to downstream work statements and milestones.
Responsibilities
Participate in the analysis of current and future business environment using established guidelines.
Contribute to the forecast, acquisition, and utilization plans to optimize resources in support of company initiatives and program business plans.
Assist in the development and maintenance of Business System factory definition for manufacturing planning.
Participate in the development of labor hour estimates for new or revised production and tooling work packages under the guidance of experienced analysts.
Help monitor performance against established labor hour estimates.
Interact in the development of integrated tool and production master schedules.
Use tool and position plan documents, tool downtimes, rate flow plans, #1 flows, and tool sequencing plans.
Acquire knowledge of process improvement methodologies and tools used to maximize equipment and personnel efficiency.
Support development of recovery plans including data gathering, visibility development, and monitoring status.
Represent Production and Tooling Operations to support schedule commitments or statement of work impacts.
Develop, implement, maintain, and status basic integrated shop operating plans to maximize equipment and personnel efficiency and reduce inventory.
Assist more experienced analysts in gathering and analyzing shop performance metrics to recommend action plans for Production and Tooling Management.
Basic Qualifications (Required)
Bachelor’s degree emphasizing business‑related curriculum such as Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Business Management, Data Analytics, Marketing, Economics, or Mathematics.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired)
1 or more years’ related work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, and/or a production environment.
Experience working in a team environment.
Exposure to Lean Manufacturing principles.
Exposure to or application of Project Management skills.

Pay and Benefits
Summary Pay Range for Entry Level (Level 1): $56,100 – $75,900
Summary Pay Range for Associate (Level 2): $66,300 – $89,700
