Overview

The Boeing Company is seeking Entry Level or Associate Methods Process Analysts (Level 1 or 2) to join the Industrial Engineering team within Boeing Commercial Airplanes. Roles are located in Everett, Renton, Seattle, or Auburn, Washington, USA. The ideal candidate will apply business acumen and knowledge to partner with cross functional teams from production operations, engineering, quality, supplier management, materials management, and program management to achieve organizational business goals and objectives. Position Overview: As a member of the Methods Process Analyst organization (Industrial Engineering Job Family), you will support a production team directly integrated with the Boeing Production System. You will learn the production build processes, understand standards and processes, stabilize the production system, implement lean methodologies, assess rate readiness, and improve quality through root cause analysis. Depending on impact, you may build disruption recovery plans using resource capacity and constraint analysis to return to the baseline plan while mitigating downstream impacts. You will be directly engaged with airplane products and collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and production-supporting organizations. The team focuses on stabilizing the current production system while planning for future rate changes and introductions of new derivatives and customers into build plans. The role provides exposure to the full Aerospace Manufacturing environment from supply chain readiness to fabrication, assembly, installation, and delivery to customers worldwide. Responsibilities

Participates in the analysis of the current and future business environment using established guidelines. Contributes to forecast, acquisition, and utilization plans to optimize resources in support of company initiatives and program business plans. Assists in the development and maintenance of Business System factory definitions for manufacturing planning. Participates in developing labor hour estimates for new or revised production and tooling work packages under guidance. Helps monitor performance to established labor hour estimates. Interacts in developing integrated tool and production master schedules. Gains knowledge of tool and position planning documents, tool downtimes, rate flow plans, and tool sequencing plans. Gains knowledge of process improvement methodologies and tools to maximize equipment and personnel efficiency and support improvement initiatives. Supports development of recovery plans including data gathering, visibility development, and status monitoring. Represents Production and Tooling Operations to support schedule commitments or statements of work impacts when working with others. Develops, implements, maintains, and statuses basic integrated shop operating plans to maximize efficiency and reduce inventory while meeting cost and schedule commitments. Assists more experienced analysts in gathering and analyzing shop performance metrics to support recommended action plans for Production and Tooling Management.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)

Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in business-related curriculum (e.g., Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Business Management, Data Analytics, Marketing, Economics, Mathematics) Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)

1 or more years of related work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, and/or a production environment Experience working in a team environment Exposure or application of Lean Manufacturing principles Exposure or application of Project Management skills

Summary Pay Range for Entry Level (Level 1): $56,100 - $75,900 Summary Pay Range for Associate (Level 2): $66,300 - $89,700 Relocation: This position offers relocation assistance based on candidate eligibility.
