We’re seeking a litigation-minded associate attorney with 2–3 years of experience—ideally in probate or civil litigation—who’s eager to take ownership of meaningful cases, work closely with partners, and appear in court occasionally.
Key Responsibilities
Draft and argue motions, oppositions, and discovery pleadings.
Conduct and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts.
Manage written discovery and coordinate document productions.
Develop case strategies in collaboration with partners and clients.
Prepare trial exhibits, witness outlines, and settlement briefs.
Appear for hearings, mediations, and trials in probate and civil court.
Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school.
Active California Bar membership in good standing.
2–3 years of litigation experience (trust & estate preferred).
Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a team environment.
