$90.00/hr - $100.00/hr Job Function
Manage the full life cycle recruiting process for a broad range of roles. Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to anticipate talent needs and design effective sourcing strategies. Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines across critical skill areas including actuarial, investments, finance, technology, and sales. Conduct thorough candidate assessments, manage interviews, and present qualified candidates with sound recommendations. Provide market insights, compensation benchmarks, and recruiting guidance to hiring managers and HC partners. Lead compensation and offer discussions, ensuring alignment with internal equity and business priorities. Utilize and maintain data integrity within the applicant tracking system (Greenhouse). Job Requirements
10 years of full life cycle recruiting experience within financial services or insurance, either in house or through an agency or executive search firm. Skilled in direct sourcing and developing strong candidate pipelines in competitive markets. Experience leading senior level hiring conversations, including compensation negotiations.
