Our Client, a Leading Global Investment Firm company, is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner for their Brighton, MA location. Responsibilities

Manage the full life cycle recruiting process for a broad range of roles across client Partner with hiring managers, Human Capital, and business leaders to anticipate talent needs and design effective sourcing strategies Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines across critical skill areas including actuarial, investments, finance, technology, and sales Conduct thorough candidate assessments, manage interviews, and present qualified candidates with sound recommendations Provide market insights, compensation benchmarks, and recruiting guidance to hiring managers and HC partners Create a positive and high touch candidate experience through consistent and transparent communication Lead compensation and offer discussions, ensuring alignment with internal equity and business priorities Serve as a trusted advisor to business and HC leadership, proactively identifying opportunities to streamline recruiting processes and strengthen talent outcomes Utilize and maintain data integrity within the applicant tracking system (Greenhouse) Represent client culture and values throughout all candidate interactions Requirements

8 to 15 years of full life cycle recruiting experience within financial services or insurance, either in house or through an agency or executive search firm Demonstrated success recruiting across multiple corporate functions and business disciplines Strong business acumen and ability to quickly understand complex functional roles and business priorities Proven ability to manage a high volume of searches independently while maintaining quality and attention to detail Exceptional relationship management and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels Skilled in direct sourcing and developing strong candidate pipelines in competitive markets Experience leading senior level hiring conversations, including compensation negotiations Highly organized, adaptable, and self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and re-prioritize effectively Commitment to confidentiality, professionalism, and a best-in-class candidate experience Bachelors Degree Why Should You Apply?
