Position Overview / Responsibilities
Manage the full life cycle recruiting process for a diverse range of roles within our client's insurance platform.
Collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders to anticipate talent needs and design effective sourcing strategies.
Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines across key skill areas such as finance, technology, and sales.
Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments and manage interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Provide market insights and recruiting guidance to hiring managers, leading compensation and offer discussions.
Required Skills
8 to 15 years of full life cycle recruiting experience within financial services or insurance.
Proven success in recruiting across multiple corporate functions and business disciplines.
Strong business acumen with the ability to understand complex roles and business priorities.
Exceptional relationship management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
Experience in direct sourcing and developing strong candidate pipelines in competitive markets.
