Oracle HCM Integration, Security & Governance Consultant

to join a growing HRIS team. The consultant will lead integration strategies, security configurations, and governance frameworks across the

global Human Capital Management (HCM)

ecosystem. This role ensures data integrity, compliance, and smooth connectivity between enterprise systems while safeguarding sensitive HR information.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage Oracle HCM integrations to ensure seamless data flow across HR, payroll, benefits, and financial systems.

Oversee security and compliance operations, including access control frameworks and audit readiness.

Develop and maintain governance standards, configuration guidelines, and data stewardship practices.

Manage risk mitigation, troubleshoot integration issues, and ensure compliance with global data protection laws.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support downstream integrations and regulatory compliance (ISQM, ISO, GDPR).

Design automations for data archiving and purging to meet retention requirements.

Drive strategic decisions and process improvements across the Oracle HCM platform.

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.

5+ years in Oracle HCM Cloud Integrations.

5+ years in Oracle HCM Core HR.

Demonstrated management and leadership experience.

Proven project and change management background.

Nice To Have Skills

Experience with Oracle PL/SQL and Unix Scripting for middleware integrations.

Background in Design & Build Enablement for Oracle HCM.

Oracle Cloud Certifications (preferred).

Soft Skills

Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Proactive problem-solver with attention to detail and commitment to data integrity.
