Logistics Manager Operator Air & Ocean Import & Export
Position: Ocean Air Import & Export Coordinator in Miami, FL.
Salary: $36,000 per year.
Schedule: Monday to Friday.
Job Overview FTC is currently searching for motivated individuals to join our import/export team. The desired candidate should have prior experience in freight forwarding or logistics. As a coordinator you will ensure operational excellence by supporting our customers. The focus is to assist the sales team with managing carrier information, ensuring accuracy of load information, tracking shipments, making appointments, and communicating with carriers and vendors to ensure on‑time departures/arrivals.

Responsibilities
Track, trace, and update shipment status daily.
Collaborate with the Traffic Department and Accounting to provide timely, efficient service to customers.
Monitor reports.
Ensure accurate and timely billing to customers.
Provide customer service via email and telephone to address questions and concerns.
Maintain good relationships with vendors, carriers, truckers, and terminals.
Qualifications
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent listening and analytical skills.
Ability to prioritize, multitask, organize, and manage time effectively.
Preferred experience in logistics, cargo management, supply chain, customer service, dispatcher, warehouse, logistics specialist, administrative assistant, data entry, transportation, or logistics analyst.
Required Experience
Freight forwarding or logistics/import/export: minimum 1 year.
Logistics: 1 year (preferred).
Freight experience: 1 year (preferred).
