About the Role We are seeking a

Senior Workforce Management Analyst

to provide strategic staffing analysis and support capacity planning initiatives. This role is responsible for forecasting headcount, analyzing attrition trends, and guiding business leaders with actionable insights to meet long-term staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities

Forecast and plan staffing requirements up to 24 months in advance.

Maintain and enhance workforce data files and dashboards.

Lead workforce planning meetings and communicate staffing recommendations.

Analyze headcount, attrition, and productivity metrics to identify risks and opportunities.

Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Operations to align workforce planning with business objectives.

Create data visualizations and reports for leadership using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.

Provide training to leaders on workforce planning best practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

5+ years of experience in Workforce Management or related analytics.

Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, index-match, arrays, linked sheets).

Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.

3+ years of headcount and capacity planning experience.

Strong understanding of attrition planning and workforce forecasting.

Excellent analytical, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
