Precision Machine Co. has an immediate opening for a CNC Mill and/or CNC Lathe Machinist. 5 years Mastercam programming of CNC machines necessary. Job Summary Responsibilities
Utilize Mastercam software to create and modify CNC programs for machining operations.
Implement CAM programming techniques to optimize toolpaths and increase efficiency.
Operate CNC machines to produce precision parts according to engineering drawings.
Perform quality checks using precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers.
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve any machining issues.
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications
Proficient in Mastercam and CAM programming
Extensive experience in CNC machining
Skilled in using precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers
Knowledge of CNC machining operations
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and blueprint reading
