The Amazon Web Services Professional Services (ProServe) team seeks a skilled Delivery Consultant to design, implement, and manage AWS solutions that meet customer technical requirements and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement complex, scalable, and secure AWS solutions tailored to customer needs.

Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support throughout project delivery.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose effective migration strategies.

Act as a trusted advisor on industry trends and emerging technologies.

Share knowledge within the organization through mentoring, training, and creating reusable artifacts.

Basic Qualifications

3+ years of architecting/operating solutions built on any cloud provider (Azure, AWS, GCP, OCI, etc.).

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, related field, or equivalent experience.

3+ years delivering application architecture/design/modernization projects, including cloud-based solutioning with AI and automation.

3+ years experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools and practices.

Preferred Qualifications

AWS Professional level certification or higher degree.

Proficiency in a wide range of AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, VPC, CloudFormation).

Experience with automation and scripting (Terraform, Python).

Knowledge of security and compliance standards (HIPAA, GDPR).

Strong communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.

Experience delivering large-scale modernization initiatives with multi-language experience (Java, Python, C++, JavaScript, microservices) and Generative AI tools.

Proven ability to deliver software engineering best practices across testing, source control, code reviews, and deployment/release processes.

Salary: $118,200–$204,300 per year (adjusted by geographic location). Additional compensation may include equity and sign‑on bonuses.
