Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner Provide accurate information regarding services, products, and company policies Handle customer concerns, complaints, and issues with empathy and efficiency Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service quality Meet performance goals, including response time, call handling, and satisfaction metrics Minimum Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; some college is a plus Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask, stay organized, and remain calm under pressure Basic computer literacy and comfort using CRM or ticketing software A positive attitude and commitment to excellent customer service Benefits
