Role Overview

Our premiere Home Infusion Pharmacy is seeking a licensed Registered Nurse with proven sales expertise to join our team as an Acute Account Executive. This role is responsible for driving growth in our infusion therapy services across acute care settings and specialty clinics, including Gastroenterology, Neurology, Dermatology, Immunology, Rheumatology, and others as needed. The ideal candidate combines clinical expertise with strong business development skills, building trusted relationships with providers and positioning our Pharmacy as the infusion partner of choice.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development: Identify, target, and secure new referral sources and partnerships within assigned acute care and specialty markets.

Clinical Insight: Leverage RN knowledge to educate providers and staff on infusion therapy protocols, patient care benefits, and clinical outcomes.

Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with physicians, practice administrators, nurses, and other key decision-makers.

Strategic Selling: Tailor presentations and proposals to the unique needs of each clinic, highlighting both clinical and financial advantages of our services.

Market Intelligence: Stay current on infusion therapy trends, competitive activity, and evolving treatment protocols to position our home infusion pharmacy strategically.

Collaboration: Partner with internal operations, clinical, and patient care teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new accounts.

Performance Accountability: Consistently achieve or exceed sales quotas and growth targets.

Reporting: Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline forecasts, and activity tracking for senior leadership.

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required.

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.

Minimum 1+ years of healthcare sales experience, ideally within infusion therapy, specialty pharmacy, or related clinical services.

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.

Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.

Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
