Associate Attorney - Employment Litigation
Base pay range: $120,000.00/yr – $120,000.00/yr

Note:
This position requires employees to work in a hybrid model (some in-office in Boston, some remote) at the client’s Boston office.
Note:
The qualified candidate for this position must have a J.D. and at least 3 years of employment law litigation experience.

Job Description
Represent employees in employment litigation (discrimination, retaliation, wage/hour, leave claims)
Draft and respond to demand letters, complaints, motions, briefs, discovery, and other filings
Appear before state and federal courts and administrative agencies (e.g. MCAD, EEOC, DOL)
Take and defend depositions, argue motions, and engage in settlement negotiations or mediations
Manage cases independently while collaborating with senior attorneys and the team
Monitor case budgets, strategy, and client communication
Help grow the practice through business development, client referrals, and thought leadership
Qualifications
J.D. and admission to the Massachusetts Bar (admission in NY, CT, NJ is a plus)
Minimum 3 years of experience in employment law, preferably on the plaintiff side
Demonstrated litigation and courtroom experience (motions, depositions, hearings)
Strong advocacy, analytical, and persuasive writing skills
Ability to manage a caseload independently and prioritize competing deadlines
Commitment to employee rights, workplace equity, and mission-driven representation
