Job Description and Duties Under the general direct of the Staff Services Manager II (SSMII), the SSMI (Supervisor) works in a team environment and co‑manages a group of technical analysts and administrative support staff. The role supports the Caltrans workers' compensation Return to Work (RTW) program, facilitates compliance with federal and state reasonable accommodation and family leave statutes, and promotes teamwork, innovation, and positive professional relationships.

Minimum Requirements Minimum Requirements are found in the class specification. The following are required qualifications:
Experience managing a team of technical and administrative staff.
Knowledge of workers’ compensation Return to Work programs.
Ability to enforce federal and state accommodation and family leave statutes.
Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
Desired Qualifications
Describe your experience working with a diverse staff in a fast‑paced environment.
Describe your ability to manage multiple and changing priorities and timelines.
